YIN & YOGA NIDRA
This 90 minute practice is designed to slowly stretch the body, calm the nervous system, and move toward deep rest and meditation. The first half of class will focus on passive yin postures held on the floor for 3-5 minutes each. Yin yoga can help hydrate and strengthen the body's connective tissues, increase flexibility, decrease chronic pain, open circulation, and cultivate mindfulness and mental resilience. The second half of class will be a "yogic sleep" practice called Yoga Nidra, where students are guided through a long relaxation that brings the body and mind into deep states of rest and rejuvenation.

Join us for a 75 min Rocket Yoga class.
The Rocket invites a new playful spin on Ashtanga's very strong, yet sometimes rigid, practice. Rocket incorporates many of the same poses and follows similar sequences to Ashtanga’s primary and intermediate series but at a faster and more flowing pace. It also highly encourages students to modify or alter traditional poses to better support their unique needs and find the freedom to blast off to new heights within their practice.

WARM YIN & YOGA NIDRA
Heated to 85°, Warm Yin is a gentle approach that utilizes longer holds and targeted Myofascial Release techniques to get beyond the muscle tissue into the connective tissue structures. The slower nature of this practice is often described as a “moving meditation” and is completed with a restful Yoga Nidra to ease you into your weekend. All poses are seated or reclined.
A great complement to your regular practice.
