Enjoy 2.5 hours of a head-to-toe, full-body release as we explore various self-massage & myofascial release tools & techniques.
Option to be In-Person (spaces limited) or Virtual. You will be contacted prior to the workshop to choose your preference.

All tools are provided for folks joining in person. You are welcome to bring your own tools or use what you have at home, but we do highly recommend a set of massage balls, as that is what this practice is built around.
